Our Mission

At Balance Body & Mind, our mission is to provide tools that lead to total wellness: Yoga & Meditation classes and Health and Wellness Coaching.

 

Life is full of challenges and uncertainties, when unmanaged, this creates imbalances in the mind and body.  Our approach is to empower clients to find solutions that create life balance.

 

Terez Tyson M.Ed

Namaste! Terez is a passionate yoga and wellness professional with over 15 years of experience as an instructional leader.  After sustaining an injury, she found healing and recovery through a consistent yoga practice and healthy lifestyle.  This was the inspiration behind Balance Body & Mind.

Her background includes a career in education, advanced yoga studies, and health & nutrition.  She's dedicated to sharing her knowledge of wellness by supporting others on their journey.

In the spirit of Sevā, she teaches complimentary yoga classes to staff in schools and underserved communities.

- Restorative, Yin, Hatha and Vinyasa

- Trauma-Informed Yoga, Chair Yoga
