Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. Please note: Sign-up/Bookings window: All sign-ups and bookings will close 12 hours before event start time. Cancellation/Rescheduling: Cancellations and rescheduling can be done via the website if done prior to the 24 hour deadline. If additional assistance is needed, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Late Cancellation: Cancellations past the 24 hour deadline will not be issued a refund. No-Show: Missed appointments will not be issued a refund. Emergencies: We understand life happens.
